Terms & Conditions
Last revised: 5 October 2026
These terms concern the use of BlockBlast.co.uk, including its information pages and browser-game player. Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
Website operator and contact
BlockBlast.co.uk is operated by a game studio based in the United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the website’s operator.
For questions, email [email protected] or visit Contact Us.
Browser games and external apps
The website includes information about block-placement games and an embedded game player supplied through BlockBlast.co.uk. Features and scoring can differ between versions.
The Block Blast! mobile app linked from the website is a separate service. App-store purchases, app accounts and mobile progress are subject to the arrangements for that app and store. These terms do not promise that app purchases or progress will transfer to the browser player.
A reference or link to a developer does not, by itself, mean that developer operates or endorses BlockBlast.co.uk.
Access to the website
Use a device and network you have permission to use. Follow school, workplace and household access rules. Availability on every network, browser or device is not guaranteed.
The home page describes browser play as free. Your internet or mobile-data provider may charge for connectivity. Separate websites and apps can have their own prices and terms; check them before agreeing to a purchase.
Parents and guardians should read Information for Parents and review the particular features a child intends to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights or deliberately interfere with the service. In particular, you must not:
- Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.
- Deliberately overload the website or disrupt another visitor’s access.
- Use forms or comments for spam, threats, harassment or deceptive messages.
- Impersonate another person or expose someone’s private information without a lawful reason.
- Submit material you have no right to share.
These rules do not prevent legitimate criticism, reporting a fault or exercising a legal right.
Comments and accounts
Where account features are available, keep your access details private and provide accurate information where it is needed. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Where comments are available, keep contributions relevant and avoid sensitive personal information. You retain any copyright you hold in your contribution. Submitting material for publication gives the operator permission to store, display and technically format it as needed to operate that feature, subject to applicable law. It does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated commercial reuse.
Content that breaches these rules may be removed or restricted. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated misuse, a security risk or a legal requirement. If you believe a decision is mistaken, explain the issue through Contact Us.
Copyright and other rights
Games, text, images, videos, software and trade marks can belong to different rights holders. Their appearance on this website does not transfer ownership to visitors or mean the website operator owns them.
Do not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected material without appropriate permission, except where the law allows it. Statutory copyright exceptions remain available.
Use our DMCA and copyright reporting page to raise a rights concern.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy concerns personal information associated with the website. Accepting these terms is not consent to every type of data processing or tracking.
Externally supplied content, including the game and YouTube video, may be subject to its provider’s terms. Read those terms before using the relevant service. The involvement of another provider does not remove responsibilities that the law places on this website’s operator.
Availability and responsibility
Technical problems or maintenance can interrupt the website or individual features. Do not rely on a score or locally stored progress remaining available indefinitely.
Features may need to change for security, legal or technical reasons. Such changes must respect any rights arising under an existing agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Responsibility for other loss is determined by applicable law.
Disputes and changes to these terms
If a problem arises, please get in touch with us with enough detail to explain it. This does not prevent you from approaching a regulator or using a court or another remedy available under applicable law. These terms do not require you to give up mandatory consumer protections or court rights.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent the law allows. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically mean it has been given up.
Revisions will be identified by the date at the top of this page. Changes cannot retrospectively remove accrued rights, and any notice or agreement required by applicable law must still be provided or obtained.
